The building has level access, lift for disabled visitors between the floors and free parking available on site. It is close to Patcham Village the A23 and the 5, 5A, 5B and 56 bus routes ( with up to 13 buses and hour from the City centre)

Getting there
BY ROAD:
There are various “short cuts” but if you do not know the area this is the easiest way. There is a link to the exhibition location via Steetmap.co.uk at the top of the page.
From the north, follow the A23 into Brighton. Shortly after passing the ESSO petrol station on your left you will come to a MINI ROUNDABOUT. Turn Left into CARDEN AVE, continue along this road for approx 3/4 of a mile until it bears sharp right, opposite a row of shops. Take the left turn which is PATCHDEAN this leads into WINFIELD AVE. On your right are some playing fields a school and your destination. Just before a pedestrian crossing is a set of Cross roads. Turn right into LADIES MILE ROAD. The entrance to the Community Centre is first right.
From the south follow the A23 out of Brighton until you come to the MINI ROUNDABOUT, it is the only one you will pass, turn right and follow the instructions above.
From the East or West follow the A27 Brighton by-pass until you reach it’s junction with the A23, then follow the directions as above.
BY RAIL:
The nearest station is Preston Park served by trains to and from Brighton, Haywards Heath, Gatwick, Croydon, Watford Jct, Victoria and Thameslink services to London Bridge and Bedford.
Trains are three times an hour on Saturday and hourly on Sundays, engineering work permitting!
From the station take the CLERMONT ROAD exit, walk down the hill until you reach the A23 , Turn left and keep walking until you get to the MINI ROUNDABOUT at the junction with CARDEN AVE then follow the instructions above. Approx 30 minutes walk.
If you use Brighton station walk down Trafalgar Street which runs under the station to St Peters Church at the Bottom. The bus stop is in the bus lane use routes as list below.

BY BUS:
Brighton and Hove Bus Co routes 5 and 5A, operates from the town centre to Ladies Mile Road. (DESTINATION PATCHAM) It is just a short walk to the Community Centre.
This services runs every 10 mins on Saturday and every 30 mins on Sunday.
Brighton and Hove Bus Co route 5B, operates from the town centre to Carden Ave, (DESTINATION HOLLINGBURY) Alight at the end of Braybon Ave opposite the churches. Cross CARDEN AVE and walk along WARMDENE ROAD. Turn left at the end into LADIES MILE ROAD the entrance to the Community Centre is just down the hill on the left. Approx 5 minutes walk.
This services runs every 10 mins on Saturday and approx every 30 mins on Sunday.
Brighton and Hove Bus Co 56 also operates from the town centre but only hourly, this stops more or less outside the Community Centre but via a roundabout route.
